This is a step-by-step guide for WEB Google Authenticator for 2FA on the TGEX.

Step 1

Click [Security] from the dropdown menu under the [User] icon located at the top right corner of the TGEX website homepage.

Step 2

Click the blue [Enable] button next to Google Authentication to start the 2FA setup process.

Step 3

You’ll see a QR code and a setup key. Copy the setup key.

Step 3-1

First, install the Google Authenticator app on your phone. Open your Google Authenticator app and tap the [+] button. Tap [Enter a setup key] and paste the copied key. Enter a name for the account and tap [Add] and it will be added to your Google Authenticator account.

Step 4

Enter the 6-digit codes from the Authenticator app and your email in order, then click [Confirm].
