This is a step-by-step guide for APP Assets Internal Transfer on the TGEX.

Step 1

Tap the [Assets] located at the bottom right corner of the TGEX app home.

Step 2

Tap the [Withdraw].

Step 3

Search for the token you want to withdraw using the search bar, then select it.

Step 4

Tap the [Internal transfer].

Step 5

Select the token.

Step 6

Enter the email address or UID for the internal transfer recipient.

Step 7

Enter the internal transferamount. Then, Tap the [Transfer].

Step 8

Review the recipient information and withdrawal details carefully, then tap the [Confirm] to proceed.

Step 9

Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email and your Google Authentication. Then tap the [Confirm].

Please make sure the information is correct before you transfer to avoid any losses.
