This is a step-by-step guide for Google Authenticator for 2FA on the TGEX.

Step 1

Tap the [User] icon located at the top left corner of the TGEX app home.

Tap the [Security Settings].

Step 2

Tap the [Google Authentication] to start the 2FA setup process.

Step 2-1

First, install the Google Authenticator app on your phone and then tap [Next].

Step 3

Enter the 6-digit codes sent to your email, then click [Next].

Step 4

You’ll see a setup key. Copy the setup key.

Step 4-1

Open your Google Authenticator app and tap the [+] button. Tap [Enter a setup key] and paste the copied key. Enter a name for the account and tap [Add] and it will be added to your Google Authenticator account.

Step 5

Enter the 6-digit codes from the Authenticator app, then tap [Confirm].
