This is a step-by-step guide for WEB/APP Password Forgot and Reset on the TGEX.

Step 1

To reset your password, go to the login page and click or tap [Forgot Password].(For account security, withdrawals cannot be made within 24 hours after the password is changed.)

Step 2

Enter your email address and click or tap [Send] to receive a verification code. Then, enter the 6-digit code sent your email and click or tap [Submit] to continue.

Step 3

Enter your new password, confirm your password, and the 6-digit Google Authenticator code in order. Then, click or tap [Submit] to complete the process.
